Delivery Information:

Thank you for your inquiry about our shipping and delivery policies. We are pleased to offer our customers islandwide delivery via Bearer Delivery, Knutsford Express and Zipmail. Our standard shipping time is 1-3 days, with confirmation of shipment provided when the order is processed. Bearer delivery is available between 9 am-6 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am-3 pm on Saturdays.

Delivery fees vary depending on the location of the customer. Bearer delivery is available for Kingston, Portmore, Spanish Town and surrounding areas.

For all other locations, Knutsford Express and Zipmail (Post Office) are the delivery services available.

– Knutsford Express charges $700 JMD for packages that weigh 0-10 pounds, seven days per week.
– Zipmail (Post Office) charges $500 JMD for packages 0-10 pounds Monday – Friday.

Refund/Return Policy:

Thank you for asking about our return policy! We do have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item/s to request a return. To ensure that your return is accepted, please make sure that the item/s are in the same condition that you received them, meaning that they are sealed, unused, and still in their original packaging. Additionally, please have your receipt for proof of purchase. We are always happy to help with your returns. If you have any questions about our return policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@naturallyhersja.com.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {Angles Knutsford Express or Linstead Post Office}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
