Shipping and Delivery Information

Hello! Thank you for your interest in our shipping and delivery services at Naturally Her’s Ja. We are delighted to offer island-wide delivery options through Bearer delivery, Knutsford Express, and Zipmail.

Standard Shipping Duration

Our standard shipping typically takes 1-3 days, and you will receive confirmation once your order is processed.

Bearer Delivery

For Bearer delivery, our operating hours are from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 3 pm on Saturdays. Please note that we do not facilitate Sunday deliveries.

Delivery Fees and Locations

Delivery fees vary based on location:

Bearer Delivery:

Available for Ewarton, Linstead, Bog Walk, Spanish Town, Old Harbour, Portmore, Kingston, or St. Andrew areas.

Knutsford Express: Available for other areas at $700 JMD (0-10 pounds) Mondays to Saturdays.

Zipmail (Post Office): Available for other areas at $500 JMD (0-10 pounds) on weekdays  (Mondays to Fridays).
